Due to the high demand for housing in the USC area, the units at The Mansion are leased in a first-come, first-served basis. Parking at The Mansion are also availed in a first-come, first served basis.

Water, Power, Gas and Cable must be availed by the tenant. No pets are allowed.

The maximum number of tenants allowed per unit is 8 people. Each tenant must submit his or her application to rent, continuing guarantee, housing survey and application processing fee. It is recommended that all applicants submit their complete set of documents together to ensure a timely processing of their applications.

In order to start the application process, download, fill up and submit to the Leasing Office at 3025 S. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90007 the following forms:

Submit the documents listed above to the Leasing Office with a $30.00 check for application processing fee payable to Southern California Capital Group, LLC. You will be notified once the application processing is complete and if you are qualified to lease a unit.
