Your information will be used only for the functions of this website and will never be provided to third parties. Only the property manager has access to the website's database. Below is a list of personal information we collect and the purpose they are used for:

Moving Planner

We collect your name, phone number and email so that we may correctly identify you, contact you, and provide you the services you requested.

We collect your building and unit number so that we can provide you the resources you requested at the correct location.

We collect the list of items you need help with in moving so that we can adequately prepare for your needs. We collect the time of service you requested so that we can prepare for your needs in time.

Maintenance Requests

We collect your full name and email address so that we can follow up with you on the service requested.

We collect information on your unit so that we can better prepare for the service requested.

Roommate Finder, Sublease Finder, Marketplace and Resident Tools

Passwords are encrypted so they are readable only to you. In the event that you forget your password, you will have to reset it. There is no way for us to recover your old password.

Sessions and Cookies

The only personal information stored in sessions and cookies is your first name. This is to inform you that you are currently logged in. No background operations are performed on your computer. When you log out, all sessions and cookies are destroyed. We do not use "super cookies" that persist in your computer.

Tenants

Tenant accounts will be deleted on the last day of the tenant's indicated lease period.

We collect your name, building, lease period, unit number and unit type to correctly identify you and to verify your account. Only individuals who have a lease can take advantage of the Resident's Tools feature and post rooms to the Roommate Finder and Sublease Finder. We will never publicly display your name and your unit number or building together. Your postings will be anonymous and you will be able to receive correspondences via an email brokered by our server. It is up to you whether or not you want to disclose your personal information to those who contact you.

We collect your gender to appropriately match your preference and potential roommates' preferences for gender.

Users with No Lease ("Outsiders")

Outsider accounts older than 1 year will be deleted.

We collect your name, email and phone number to protect the tenants from dubious accounts. Your contact information will also be used to receive correspondences from other users (to potentially be roommates) or from room owners. Your name and email will be visible only to those you contact on the website. We will never publicly display your personal information.

We collect your gender to properly match you with other users or room owners with the appropriate gender preference.
